* Blend rye bread with water in a 1:1 ratio and then add sugar in a 2:1 ratio then filter
** In a 2:1 sugar syrup, on a volume of 750 ml, add 10 g. of coarsely chopped kola nuts and 10 g. of coarsely chopped tonka beans. Bring to the boil and leave to cool. Strain into superbag.
Chill the mixing glass, then take off the ice.
Carefully pour in all ingredients, mix well and fi ll the mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir while managing dilution and temperature.
Finally pour into a chilled old fashioned glass.
Serve with a giant cube and garnish.
