  • 4,5 cl. Mary’s Prescription Whiskey
  • 1,5 cl. Freshly squeezed lime and lemon juice
  • 2,0 cl. Liquid sugar (70% brix)
  • 1,0 cl. Falernum Liqueur
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitter
  • Splash easy Whip (hydrocolloid)*
  • 3,0 cl. Ginger Beer Cortese Bio

*It is an emulsifi er that can also be purchased on amazon and is an interesting substitute for albumin

METHOD

Prepared directly in a chilled shaker where all the ingredients are poured in. After shaking for 10 to 12 seconds, pour the entire ingredient into a wonderful
low vintage tumbler, taking care to have it well chilled before. Close with the garnish

GARNISH

Circular orange peel or pink grapefruit peel glued to the side with glucose syrup
