ALCOHOL CONTENT: 2,15% abv. + dilution
- 4,5 cl. Mary’s Prescription Whiskey
- 1,5 cl. Lillet Blanc
- 1,5 cl. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1,5 cl. Pomegranate syrup (70% brix)
- Top Up Prosecco Brut Duca di Dolle DOCG
- Splash easy whip (hydrocolloid)*
*It is an emulsifi er that can also be purchased on amazon and is an interesting substitute for albumi
METHOD
Prepared directly in a chilled shaker where all the ingredients are poured (except for the Prosecco).
After shaking vigorously for 10/12 seconds, pour the entire ingredients into a wonderful cocktail glass, taking care to have it well chilled before. Top up with Prosecco DOCG.
