ALCOHOL CONTENT: 18,5% abv. + dilution
- 4,5 cl. Mary’s Prescription Whiskey
- 4,5 cl. Pear extract
- 1,0 cl. Freshly squeezed lemon
- 1,0 cl. Liquid sugar juice (70% brix)
- Peanut salt crust*
- Peat vaporisation**
*5 gr. Roasted peanuts, 20 gr. Sugar, 1 gr. Salt
** Use an heavy peat whisky for vaping
METHOD
Prepared directly in a chilled shaker where all the ingredients are poured in (except for the vaporizer).
After shaking for 10/12 seconds, pour the entire ingredients into a wonderful vintage cocktail glass, taking care to have it well chilled
before.
End with the vaporisation.
