- 3,0 cl. Mary’s Prescription Whiskey
- 2,0 cl. Freshly squeezed lemon
- 2,5 cl. Fresh passion fruit juice

2,0 cl. Honey Mix juice (70/30) *
Top Up Paulaner Weiss Beer
* Honey Mix – syrup composed of 70% wildflower honey + 30% water (home made)
METHOD
Prepared directly in a chilled shaker where all the ingredients are poured in (except for the beer).
After shaking for 10/12 seconds, pour the entire contents into a goblet style cocktail glass, taking care to have it well chilled before.
Top up with Weiss Beer
