MASH UP

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5% abv. + dilution

* Honey Mix – syrup composed of 70% wildflower honey + 30% water (home made) 

METHOD

Prepared directly in a chilled shaker where all the ingredients are poured in (except for the beer).

After shaking for 10/12 seconds, pour the entire contents into a goblet style cocktail glass, taking care to have it well chilled before.

Top up with Weiss Beer
